Payment terms will be outlined in your roofing agreement. A deposit may be required to begin work, with remaining payments due according to the agreed schedule. Accepted forms of payment will be specified during the contract phase.

6. Licensing & Insurance

We are a fully licensed and bonded California roofing contractor. We carry active Workers’ Compensation insurance through State Compensation Insurance Fund, policy valid from 09/18/2024 to 09/18/2025. Documentation is available upon request.

7. Limitations of Liability

While we take every measure to deliver reliable, code-compliant roofing solutions, Coronado Roof Care is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing structural issues or code violations
  • Damage caused by acts of nature, misuse, or failure to maintain the roof
  • Delays due to material availability or weather
